DAY TRIP AND OVERNIGHT TOUR DO'S AND DON'TS

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Ensure your chosen footwear is suitable.

It is crucial that your chosen footwear is appropriate for comfort while walking on the boat and to minimize the risk of accidents. Avoid barefoot walking or high-heeled shoes, which may increase the risk of falls. Also, shoes with very hard soles can scratch or damage the boat surface. Therefore, opt for sandals or slippers with soft soles on the boat and use sports shoes on land.

  • Be cautious of sunstroke.

During boat trips, you can be exposed to a lot of sunlight. While sunlight is beneficial, excessive exposure can cause serious sunburns and discomfort. Therefore, during the tour, always carry sunglasses and a hat with you on the boat, and remember to reapply sunscreen frequently.

  • Be mindful of water consumption.

Although the accessible water quantity may vary depending on the boat's capacity, it is generally limited. Therefore, you should be mindful of every liter of water consumed, avoid taking unnecessary showers, and minimize water usage. Additionally, maintain a balanced water intake to avoid dehydration caused by sun exposure.

  • Do not wear shoes indoors on the boat.

The soles of personal shoes can leave marks on the interior and deck of the boat, causing damage to the boat's surface. Therefore, it is advisable to wear slippers while inside the boat.
